So, I’m going to put my Marvel bias aside to say that my pick of the week is Nightcrawler. Jake Gyllenhaal is sufficiently creepy and spectacular in his role, and he’s someone who should’ve gotten some sort of recognition from the Academy for it. But, they didn’t see it that way, so he got left looking silly. Of course, the second season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is another great one to pick up, because it continued its hot streak from the end of last season, and managed to make it even better than the one before it.

Until next time…
