As the fourth installment of the massive Transformers film series, Transformers: Age of Extinction has a lot of work to bring something new to a familiar–perhaps over-saturated–brand. It’s fairly safe to say, in the Dinobots, it has, at the very least, succeeded in that regard.
Put frankly, this trailer makes the movie look badass. Say what you will about the previous entries in the series, but this trailer is at least awesome. Will that translate to the film’s overall quality? Hopefully so, but we’ll just have to wait and see. If this does turn out to be Michael Bay’s final entry in the Transformers series, having it feature the Dinobots was a hell of a way to go out, right?

Transformers: Age of Extinction sees Michael Bay return to direct, with Marky Mark (that moniker still sticks and is used with nothing but love; Wahlberg has turned into quite the compelling actor) taking over leading man duties from the no longer famous Shia LaBeouf. The film costars an entirely new cast including Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, and Kelsey Grammer. The film will explode into theaters June 27, 2014.
