It never felt like the hosts took over the globe. Instead, the entire season felt like it took place in a park that had New York bordering Nevada. As such, none of this very final-feeling finale felt… real. Like, this is how Westworld could end if were to end, but we don’t know if it’s ending so maybe this is THEE end? I don’t know. I was underwhelmed.
